It's a fact not really an opinion. The DNC uses "Superdelegates" voters that have the ability to select the nomination by weighting the primary votes. Since they are appointed by senior party members the establishment controls the process.

As the good CPT stated the Democrats use superdelegates and they can negate the popular vote. By using super delegates they can pretty much assure they get their choice thru the primary.
