Do you think the new EES and WAPS changes will finally end inflation in the AF promotion system?

I think inflation may always be an issue. I would hope the new system will benefit the hard workers and those who truly deserve the best ratings. I think it comes down to the people factor. I wasn't around when the "old" system came out but I'm sure it worked great and as intended in the beginning. I am curious how the new rating system will affect me and others that are in small units that will be rated by someone far up in our CoC. I am also interested how in my situation as a 3D0X1 in my small unit will work when my package is being reviewed against others in the unit that are maintainers, and flyers. I'm certain leadership has a plan but I know when in my last unit we came up for BTZ and pooled together at the base level the 3Ds never really got selected for the stripe against Intel, SFS, and Medical.
