Do you think the proposed changes to 670-1 are good or bad?

Personally I think that it addressed some of the issues that needed to be clearly defined. I don't think it got to all of it but it is a step in the right direction. The proposal for the civilian attire I believe is going to be an issue. Especially when you are talking about off duty attire. Not to mention that it is very broad. The other one that I know many people are talking about is the tattoo portion. I have tattoos myself and i am basically taking a wait and see approach to what the policy is going to actually say.
