Do you think this is a good way to deal with immigration?

The United States will create a territory of that country who’s people are fleeing, as we the United States obviously have a better plan and system. That countries people obviously want to have similar structures and systems.

Then we are not just throwing money and resources without return.

We bring our Constitution there and much like Puerto Rico create a territory.

Puerto Rico would be a good example of what happens.
