Great communicators stand out from the crowd. They’re honest. They’re authentic. They listen. They excel in communication because they value it, and that’s the critical first step to becoming a great leader.

I tried to us most, if not all of them. Io found that being able to talk to a group as if they were one was difficult but if you could master it, was a highly effective tool.

The ability to admit when your wrong goes a long way with the troops. Many leaders feel that apologizing makes you appear weak. I find that it makes you human and the troops appreciate the honesty (!in most cases).

Communication is Key. It must be two things: Fluent and Fluid. There most constant communication. Leaders amongst Leaders. Leaders amongst their Subordinates. The Key to Leadership is the example you set and your work ethic just be the Catalyst for your Influence. Blowing Smoke or popping smoke wont get anything done. Your EFFECTIVENESS should be determined by our Efficient you are. The body of Work for a Leader should both visible and self-evident.
