There are MOS's for most of those positions, and with the Military trying to go back to a Garrison setting, the Soldier's should be doing their jobs stateside also. <div>However, please do not disregard the fact that these civilians have been doing these jobs for over the past decade, and many are Veterans. We hear quite often that Soldier's feel that the Civilians at their posts are rude or they feel as though they do not work or care about them.</div><div>That is the same everywhere, and is no different than any Military unit that has Soldiers who do not meet the standards or they are the 10% you have to spend 90% of your time on. There are so many Civilians out there that care deeply about each and every Soldier they come in contact with. </div><div>Wow, off on a tangent I went. I apologize for that. Please just be patient with everyone, and soon enough we will all have the balance back.</div>DOD Civilian Workers on Post2014-01-17T20:29:42-05:00SGT Stacy Grudzinski39352<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I understand the cutbacks in the DOD Civilian workforce.
