DoD Webmail Never Working (From Home) Since DoD Migration

Found the FIX:

It removes cross script issues. Once installed, everything worked.

Does anyone have the fix for accessing their DoD Webmail?

I installed:
1. Win XP
2. Win 7
3. Win 8
4. Windows 10 Technical Preview

I used the following browsers on various versions:
1. IE8 - IE11
2. Chrome

I used the following Cac Software:
1. Windows Default Software
2. Active client 6 - 7 with the hot fixes

Hardware:
3 Different CaC readers (that all worked prior with their correct drivers)

Internet Access:
1. Home Access
2. iPhone Hotspot
3. VPN through 1 and 2

I followed the setting for compatibility issues from the militarycac over and over. I can never get it to work and this has all been since the new migration. I'm pretty good with fixing technical issues, but I am overlooking something. Any success from anyone?

For chrome, says SSL error issue and for IE... it's always a disconnect page issue.

Yes, I can access every site with my CaC. For the email, I can always get past the 1st page. It's the second one where it always times out.

Just spitballing, but just about every DOD (and most government in general) websites that I've been on come with an expired security certificate warning. Could that be somehow not jiving with the new system?

Sir its jacked. It returned a 403 error

Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202).

More than likely the server is set up to deny directory browsing and you have to have all hyperlinks coded as full or real links.

It needs to be
h t t p s: / / web.mail.mil/owa/index.aspx or something like that as it will make a request to the server for an actually page. I set up our server very similar for my work. Works locally due to you being an authenticated user on the network. Very bad web administrator in my opinion.

Sir,
1. Go to militarycac.com
2. Install the certificates.
3. Internet options-> Advanced
4.SSL &TLS settings should be as such (depicted in picture)
5. ->content tab -> clear SSL state

if these steps don't work, then hit F12 for developer options. find the emulate icon as depicted in second picture. Usually these settings work. Let me know if it works and/or connect with me.

I've gotten it to work on Google, Firefox, IE11, and Maxon Cloud Browser when I still had a CAC card.

All, I found the fix. It's DISA. They have a fix for crosslink certificate removal-fix.
