PFC Private RallyPoint Member 3652267 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am flagged under the flag code K which is Body Composition, I pass weight and tape, get counseled by the commander for the removal of the flag, go look on my ERB after a week I was counseled and the flag is still present and active. I know it was on me that I bust tape, same way it was on me to make sure I pass the next time around but with my 24 months coming up and having this flag on my record I know I wont make SPC in time, and with the flag on my record I cant even use ASK on HRC for requisition or progress at all. I looked at AR 600-8-2 and also looked on here but haven&#39;t seen an exact answer. Does a company/S1 have a certain period of time to remove a flag off of someone's record? 2018-05-22T18:52:02-04:00 PFC Private RallyPoint Member 3652267 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am flagged under the flag code K which is Body Composition, I pass weight and tape, get counseled by the commander for the removal of the flag, go look on my ERB after a week I was counseled and the flag is still present and active. They have the ability to do it.<br /><br />And please, PLEASE above all, maintain your military bearing, you will be asked a lot of questions, understand it is nobody&#39;s fault at this point.<br />It is your career so act now before its late and you lose money and time to go to the board, schools, blc etc...<br />Good luck Response by SPC(P) Private RallyPoint Member made May 22 at 2018 8:43 PM 2018-05-22T20:43:49-04:00 2018-05-22T20:43:49-04:00 SGT Joseph Gunderson 3652657 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Flags for weight and tape are different than most. Once the flag is lifted, it will be backdated to the day you came off the program. Having said that, Flags for ABCP can be lifted, but will remain on your ERB for a probationary period. If you go back on the ABCP during that time, the command is required to initiate a chapter separation. <br /><br />Talk to your orderly room and S1, its a simple process that gets overlooked too often. Why don&#39;t you just visit them and asked for its removal. As a 42A I can confirm all your S1 needs, is the counseling statement, the 268 flag marked and signed for removal, and the updated PT card for your SRB/eMILPO.
