If the Soldier has been released from the ABCP program by the Commander after passing the standard then it is not necessary for them to see the dietitian. They are no longer in the program and no longer have a SAP.

If the Soldier has a scheduled appointment it is best for them to cancel the appointment ( it is never good practice to be a "no show")

You are not necessarily "enrolled" in the program for 36 months. However there will be adverse action if you get re-enrolled into the program within 36 months. Your records are kept in IPERMS for 36 months, only after that time has passed will they removed from the system and kept in a temporary administrative folder.

(AR 600-9) SSG Private RallyPoint Member Thu, 06 Feb 2020 09:10:12 -0500 2020-02-06T09:10:12-05:00 Response by TSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 6 at 2020 9:16 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/does-a-soldier-need-to-see-the-dietician-after-passing-body-fat-standards-and-un-enrolled-from-abcp?n=5529097&urlhash=5529097

Required, no. However, I took advantage of the nutritionist/Dietitian for a few months after being "released" from the AF Weight Management Program to help reinforce those dietary good habits for the long haul.
