ISO a religious accommodation for grooming standards memo template to type it up for current chain of command.

It's not something you type up and submit. You have to work with your Chaplain to submit it

As SFC Private RallyPoint Member pointed out, unless the rules have changed from my time in uniform, religious waivers start with your local Chaplain's office. They would be in the best position to help you.
