Does any one working for TSA have issues getting promotions or crossing over to another branch of Department of Homeland Security?

Having issues trying crossover to other sections of Department of Homeland Security.. Or getting promotion to other positions... Just want to know if am the only one going

Yes I just found out I lost my position as a BDO at are airport and 4 of us my not have a job, and I just used my VA loan for a home, and their cutting are man power as well they call it down sizing..
