MSG Private RallyPoint Member 5506992 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>AR 350-53 says you’re supposed to receive 16 hours of resiliency training for in processing oconus or conus. It also says that all the resiliency skills must be trained annually. I’m just not seeing units doing that. I’ll be taking over training in a few months for my unit. Should I try to follow this AR? <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sadly when it comes to this type of training, I believe it is all the same Army wide. Sit down and get that quarterly 30 min time block. But I say you change it up MSG. I&#39;m a firm believer in just because its something the Army does, doesnt mean they are doing it right. I say do everything in your power to stick to the reg as closely as possible. You may get some pushback, but maybe not. Good luck MSG.
