It also says that all the resiliency skills must be trained annually. I’m just not seeing units doing that. I’ll be taking over training in a few months for my unit. Should I try to follow this AR? It would really tough to fulfill this requirement. Anyone else? Sit down and get that quarterly 30 min time block. But I say you change it up MSG. I&#39;m a firm believer in just because its something the Army does, doesnt mean they are doing it right. I say do everything in your power to stick to the reg as closely as possible. You may get some pushback, but maybe not. Good luck MSG.
