Does anybody/Has anybody had problems dealing with civilians at your civilian job.

Since I got out in 2012 after doing 8 years in the army. I cant stand the people i work with. Especially certain supervisors who are ate uph. How have you guys dealt with it?

SPC Kevin Brown, I haven't dealt with that problem because I'm now a civilian working for the Army, so it's almost like being in the Army, but without a lot of the hassles. The best of both worlds, as it were.

Possibly there may be a language barrier intervening in your interactions with civilians. Try installing vocabulary filter NSN 1548-66-488-6990.

Was that a bit grating? So is your language. The reason is our very blunt way of expressing ourselves in the military culture. Using fowl language, abrasive but true "tough love", and straight bluntness may be acceptable in some military circles. It is a tough transition, but learning the language of any organization you work with is a key to successful integration.
