SPC Private RallyPoint Member 2998701 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Been working out for almost 2 Months, only water, green veggies &amp; fruit &amp; laxatives. Was hard at first due to csection but it’s gotten better. My neck is very small and the test is 2 weeks away. Taped myself and still 17 pounds lighter but same BMI. What am I doing wrong? Does anybody have any advice on the tape test? 2017-10-14T13:48:12-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 2998701 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Been working out for almost 2 Months, only water, green veggies &amp; fruit &amp; laxatives. I have came close a couple times. I was overweight at that time. There isn&#39;t any way to cheat on it. The best advice for a tape is to avoid it. You have to maintain your height and weight within standard. If you are over that then you are risking it. It seems that you are cutting weight for the test but I would be concerned about your rapid weight loss and it&#39;s impacts on your health. But I would continue to try to do the best you can to lose weight and try to maintain your weight within standards. I am the same way. I tend to drop a bunch of weight and then inches. <br />I started to wear back support belts to the gym to assist my efforts and found a side effect was a a smaller waist when weigh-in. I like the effect of wraps, but they are temporary.
