SFC Maricela Hargrove have you tried doing HR for a School District? It may be your best way to change career field without changing industry. All the things in your description on your profile are hard to hire for, so who better to spot them than you?

I went from engineering management as a district Facilities director to the classroom. I know my last district had many formerly teachers working in many departments in the district. I even had a teacher working as a seasonal landscaper.
