That said my immediate supervisor saw no need to cut my salary for one week or less tdy or AT stints. The paperwork wasn't worth it especially if my core duties were covered. I strenuously avoided anything longer to avoid lost pay and messed up beNefits. Sure I was covered by law but the complaint resolution process makes the VA look fast.
