I believe everyone does it sometimes, though. It's the same with tagging someone. However, in another way, it does encourage people to continue a conversation and many times contribute with relevant information from personal experience and/or newfound facts and resources.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 2 at 2015 11:08 PM2015-03-02T23:08:51-05:002015-03-02T23:08:51-05:002LT Private RallyPoint Member508087<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>HOW CAN RP POINTS BE REAL IF OUR EYES AREN'T REAL?!Response by 2LT Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 2 at 2015 11:24 PM2015-03-02T23:24:15-05:002015-03-02T23:24:15-05:00COL Private RallyPoint Member508150<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>There are quite a few who seem to. There are also people who seem to be on EVERY thread for some reason...as if everything posted has the utmost meaning in their lives. Sometimes I wonder what else they do. Of course my responding to this could be seen as this, just as your posting can, but I most recently saw the awards for the most influential person of the month. If people weren't doing it strictly for the points before, they might now. That's a pretty cool bottle opener. I may find myself creating memes and spending all day asking what color their favorite unit coin is.Response by COL Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 3 at 2015 12:21 AM2015-03-03T00:21:57-05:002015-03-03T00:21:57-05:00TSgt Private RallyPoint Member508161<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I cannot answer with absolute certainty about others engaging in this practice, but I can confirm that I DO!<br /><br /><br />Occasionally I also manage to insert something of meaning, use, or even helpful into the conversation too.Response by TSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 3 at 2015 12:32 AM2015-03-03T00:32:08-05:002015-03-03T00:32:08-05:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member508362<div class="images-v2-count-1"><div class="content-picture image-v2-number-1" id="image-27321"> <div class="social_icons social-buttons-on-image">
