I work in communications and we currently use a dated, glitchy, ineffective excel sheet to track when a system goes down, circuit goes down, general events, etc. It's effectively known as our "Combined Events Log". It's absolutely awful and I want to update it but was hoping to see if any fellow members have used something similar and would be willing to share templates to help me brainstorm a more effective tool for my sailors and soldiers to use. I have attached a template of the current form we use. (Scrubbed of course)
