On my JST for 35X50 my title is simply "NONE ASSIGNED" and there is no ACE suggested credits additionally below my MOS description it says "NONE ASSIGNED -- Occupation not evaluated by ACE or not evaluated during the time frame held by service member."
When I spoke to someone with JST through the Inquiry option they informed me of the following:
MOSs are evaluated by ACE at the request of the Military Training School. Unfortunately, this office does not have access to information regarding when courses or MOSs will be submitted for a review. Only the Military Training School can provide information on when and if your MOS or training will be evaluated by ACE.
Any information anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Angelo State University has your needed information in https://www.angelo.edu/content/files/15966-angelo-state-university-career-evaluation-process. For 35X, see 96Z on pages 339-340. When did you serve? I was 98G/98C/98Z 1978-1999 and was trained at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo.

It's basically a brick wall. If the military school, in this case the MOS Propenent, doesn't submit anything to ACE for review, there is no credit that they can recommend for holding the MOS. Because your MOS. doesn't have a school, there is no school credit for it.
ACE recommends credits for the school course, and it recommends credit for simply holding the MOS. In this case, it's saying there are no new skills, specific to your MOS/Grade level, in addition to the ones you acquired at a previous rank or school, for ACE to evaluate.
Many courses and MOS go unevaluated. Many are evaluated, but certain periods are unevaluated. I have several such as my PLDC that didn't receive an evaluation.
If you want your MOS to be evaluated for recommended college credit, you can contact your MOS propenent. Although, since your MOS is not new and the MI branch is very well tapped into civilian education with its master degree programs, I'm certain that the proponent determined the MOS wasn't worth evaluating for credit.
