If you are PCSing you might be able to go enroute if you have a ultra cool career manager. Sometimes they can scrounge up the funds but, again, they would need to justify the expense. GAFPB should have some level of German military support.<br />When I got my EFMB, we had off-duty classes to prepare for the test with graders and equipment from various units. Study material was also provided with minimal expense. There is money for everyone to train but the senior leaders have to have the will and VALUE training medical people in those areas which unfortunately is often not the case in a cost constrained environment.
