Does anyone have an example of a completed memorandum for the military outstanding volunteer service medal?

I did one off the HRC memo, exactly as shown.

S-1's don't know what to do with it, simply because it's new. But...it's straight off HRC, it's not complicated, it just needs your 1SG and LTC or higher's signature.

Just fill in the blank. What more do you need to know?

SSG Private RallyPoint Member where is it in regulation or messages that it is now down by memorandum? What are the requirements for it being rewarded and approval authority? I have two and both were done through DA 638. I am surprised that it does not have a certificate though.

During my Army time I received 3 MOVSMs. They were all submitted on a DA 638 as a Service Award. Good luck.

I believe Old School goes by the war conflict involvement, WW2, Korea, Nam, Gulf, Iraq, Afghanistan all Old School.

Got one in Camp Phoenix Afg. Spent hours welding and repairing donut presses to recycle paper into fireplace fuel for the locals. Don't know what the memo looked like but a I think 40 hours were required to earn it.
