The key to any memo is to make sure it has the bare bones info. Be short, be accurate, be concise. You unit should have your internal memo template, start with that and type it up to tell the info that you need it to tell.

It is just a memo for record... If you don't know do the supply way ask? your S-4 or any of the other Supply NCO on the Battalion. As supply you need to maintain contact with all the Supply SGT you can... For question, Help and Favors....

ask other supply sergeants that been around they would like to help and mentor a new supply SGT. Or the G4 logistics, they are experts the field of logistics
