Does anyone have any information on if officers/enlisted can apply to the Tactical Athlete Performance Center in Fort Moore, Georgia?

I was allowed the opportunity to shadow their team of coaches and performance psychologists. I am interested in seeing if they have an application process and, if they do, how one would go about applying.
