SSG Private RallyPoint Member 4051851 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>When I went to BLC, all I did was submit a packet with a primary and alternate date(s) to my BN schools NCO and he reserved the course in ATTRS, assuming there were still slots. <br /><br />I’ve looked all over for MILPERs, updated regulations, and everything in between. I’m being told by BN schools, that now soldiers have to wait for HRC to schedule them BLC, much like ALC -with the OML based off points- is this true?
