If you contact branch or a good S1 the will have an example memo. Usually you will have to submit supporting documents. I wish I still had mines I would email it to you. I know it's a pain in the butt, hopefully you will get yours approved. They always had some statement on their orders very specifically stating the quality of the room and how they could only be 1 person to a room for some reason, which varied by command. But the problem is that if we had rooms then we were to accommodate them instead of sending them out on the town to stay in hotels and that usually caused some commotion because they didn't want to stay in the barracks in the first place. The entire post had to have a super high occupancy rate before they would bless off on even one CNA.
