Does anyone have information regarding the OPAT being used to test MOS Qualified(post-AIT) Soldiers?

I was just informed that the OPAT (Occupational Physical Assessment Test) would be used on regular Army Soldiers. I know currently it is used on recruits prior to basic training to qualify for a specific MOS. I can't find anything backing up this claim. Any information would be helpful.

Since JAN 2017 the OPAT is required if you are moving from a lower to a higher physical demand MOS for reclassification. If a 42A10 wants to go to 11B10 they must pass the OPAT at the BLACK/Heavy level before eligible for reclass. I am the test director for the Army for OPAT.

I am going from a 42H to 42A (Officer to Enlisted Personalists.... long story) but am being told I have to take the OPAT... which I can't do given a recent shoulder injury (not bad, I am still deployable). Any comment?
When a Soldier wishes to reclassify to a new MOS, from the significant category to the heavy category, for example, he or she will need to take the OPAT. However, a Soldier whose new MOS falls within the same or a lower level physical demand category will not need to take the OPAT

SFC Brian Johnston - I have never seen it either. I have heard of it lots of times just like all the other replacements of the apft. I knew back in 2016 recruiters were doing this not sure if they still do.
