Does this happen automatically, or do I need to be inputting some obscure form?Does anyone have knowledge on VA disability in conjunction with major surgery?2022-01-28T09:48:28-05:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member7500799<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was told that I would get a temp 100% when I went in for the shoulder replacement and following rehab. No one, truly knows how you're physically feeling but you. So do your own follow/paperwork. All the best....Response by SGT Lenise Hamilton made Jan 28 at 2022 3:00 PM2022-01-28T15:00:48-05:002022-01-28T15:00:48-05:00PO2 Marco Monsalve7502860<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I went to 100% when my case was reviewed and approved (Agent Orange derived cancer). Stayed at 100% through medical procedure and recovery. I did not have to file any additional paperwork. After a period of time there was another case review and medical exam and my disability was reduced. For me anyway, it was all pretty straightforward and transparent. I did use an American Legion Service Officer as my conduit to initiate the process. Good luck with yours!!Response by PO2 Marco Monsalve made Jan 29 at 2022 1:38 PM2022-01-29T13:38:11-05:002022-01-29T13:38:11-05:002022-01-28T09:48:28-05:00
