Does anyone have the August MILPER message for reenlistment?

I am looking for the August 2019 MILPER message for reenlistment. HRC has not updated the message since May 2019. And i can not find August anywhere online. Also, is there another message that goes out for location specific retention bonuses?

The messages are not monthly they are posted based off current strengths and can change at anytime usually 3-4 times a year. The IN/OUT was posted on 30 May 2019, and the Bonus message the newest one is July 1st 2019. So probably wont get a new one till after OCT.

There is no August message, HRC only updates it when there's a change. Location bonuses are listed on the message as well.
