This is the path that I would go through to get it:<br /><br />1. Log into AKO.<br />2. On the right side of the screen click on &#39;Enlisted Personnel Management Directorate (EPMD)&#39;.<br />3. Login to HRC.<br />4. Under Active Component Junior Enlisted Promotions, click on &#39;AC Junior Enlisted Promotion Information Link&#39;<br />5. Click on &#39;Resident Military Training Promotion Points Yes/No Status&#39;.<br /><br />It isn&#39;t necessarily a MIPLER message but it should be able to answer your question.
