SSG Private RallyPoint Member 6164550 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have been tasked as iperms operator for my reserve unit as the AGR since we have limited staff. I have been trying to fix a Soldiers erb but when i click on awards docs the image doesnt load at all, i just get a blank screen. Ive tried on IE and chrome from a mil computer with no fix. Does anyone in the field have any work arounds to make this process less painful, or does iperms always just do what it wants and load some images but not others? Does anyone in the field have any workarounds in iPERMS to make the process of fixing a soldier's ERB less painful? 2020-08-01T12:11:16-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 6164550 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have been tasked as iperms operator for my reserve unit as the AGR since we have limited staff. It does take a significate time to load. I usually answer and email or two and come back to it before it loads. <br />Also check your PDF install for latest version.<br />You can email or IM me and I can try to pull your SM info. IPERMS is very slow and sometimes you may think it isn&#39;t loading but in fact it actually is. Sometimes I will hit the zoom button in and out and it makes it pop up. Those are the things I usually do, but one thing for sure it is insanely slow at times. In the zip file there will be an xml page and an html page, those are the index lists with links to each doc. There are days when I have to open the same document ten times before it really loads. Keep pressing to make smaller until you see something then you can make it larger. But make sure you wait for it to completely load because it is extremely slow. It should show that way. You can delete the file once you are done. That has happen to me plenty of times.
