Does anyone know a charity that can help pay for 3 expedited passports and one flight to Korea for a court martial?

My husband and I have our flight but we do not have our passports and they must be expedited. Our son also must come with us because we have no one to care for him

I'd say an AER loan but there are other questions. Is the passport required, they aren't with some overseas travel due to a Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA). Are you dual military? If so you should have a family care plan for things like this. And I don't know the details nor do you need to express them here, but being that this is for a courts martial I don't think there will be much help. If the military is requiring you to be there they should pay, but if you aren't required to be there that's why the cost is on you, because it is a voluntary trip - like leave.
