Your best bet is just remembering the exercises. If you practice them in advance, it's not that hard. If that's not feasible for you , something else you can do is write them on an index card and clip it on the inside collar of your PT uniform so you can glance at it real quick when you forget. I've seen that too. Preparation Drill, Recovery Drill, CD-1 and CD-2, Climbing Drill, MMD-1 and MMD-2, 4 for the Core, Hip Stability Drill and even the Strength Training Circuit. Now you laminate that card, and it fits perfectly in your PT shorts pocket. When you lead PT you just pull it out and palm it and it cant be seen and now you have all that information literally at your fingertips.
