Does anyone know how to get in contact with the schools branch?

I have tried emailing, calling, and leaving voicemails for the HRC's schools branch for quite some time now and have found it completely impossible to get a hold of anyone. I know that they are busy and there are a lot of people they have to assist on a daily basis, but is there anyway to at least get through to a real person or even receive a response email? Any and all help is appreciated thank you.

SGT Private RallyPoint Member In 2010-2013 when I was the 1CD G3 SGM, there was no "HRC SCHOOLS BRANCH"
There were HRC branch contacts, Drill Sergeant / Recruiter Schools contact, DA directed NCOES schools contact but no all in one "Schools Contact" Now that may have changed, to an all in one, but Im not seeing it.

What school is your question in reference to?

If it goes how it did when I contacted mine.. here is the response. "You'll get an ATRRS reservation when you get scheduled."

You get scheduled for ALC where you sit on the OML vs seats available. The best way to get an earlier date is to get your promotion points up. But there are still people who have been promotable years before you, so it may be a while till you get your seat

Matt I never ever heard nor saw a Schools Branch, normally every branch makes up its OML based on the slots and your standing in the Branch, and then alerts those with schools dates about 6+ months out.

Schools branch or your branch manager? The later is who coordinate who goes when and where, while the former doesn’t exists.

Best advice I can give you is leave them alone. I learned a long time ago that anyone in branch can be your friend or your worst enemy. If your calling and calling and rushing or pressuring, then you'll be "that guy" and they'll never work with you. If it is about ALC and your trying to call them then your 1: jumping a giant chain of command and 2: irritating them. Hurry up and wait is the best thing here.
