They are treated pretty much like an AGR Soldier. You are a full-timer with most of the unit (95%???) being part-time or TPUs as they are called. I have seen a few and all of them have been the training NCO responsible for scheduling training for drill weekends and annual training. It is an interesting adjustment from what they have said.
