Does anyone know the current BVA grant to RO decision and retro pay timelines out of the Denver office?

I received my BVA decision in my favor two months ago where the judge determined that there was a clear error in my rating and set my effective date back to 2008. Does anyone have recent experience with the timeframes for this all to get done?

Always longer than it should take. I suggest you contact them every ten days or so until they get it done

How in the world do you contact a regional office though? The 800 number is just a scripted response.

Every RO is a little different, but don't expect anything earlier than 6 months. It could be sooner, but I would be surprised.
