When will the new FY24 U.S. Army OCS MILPER be released to start the application packet for submission?

Will it still be MILPER 23-007 like the previous one except for the "23"?

I have second-hand info that as of last Friday HRC expects to release the FY24 OCS announcement "within the next few weeks." I presume the message covers AC and RC. But it could come out any time sooner would be my guess. Keep searching HRC MILPER for keywords, not by a msg number.
The first two digits of MILPER msgs indicate the FY, e.g., 24 for FY24. The three-digit serial number however will probably be different (it starts from "001" at the beginning of the year and increases sequentially with each new message).

One of my Soldiers is doing his OCS physical this week. His accessions NCO told him early part of FY24. That seems to be October timeframe. If I get more info, I will post it

Yeah, still checking recent MILPERS. Nothing as of yet, emailed HRC and no response.

Deadline is January 12, 2024. There's only one board in 2024 and one in 2025
