I would look at the board webpage or the 72D branch manager page both on HRC, behind the CAC curtain. Some board do not release ANY of their information. Those are maintained internal to USAREC. This isn’t a promotion board. I would visit the Medical Service Corps webpage. They list every consultant for every AOC in the MSC. Just google “Army Medical Service Corps”, it will come and you will need CAC access to view the website. Then click on the link for Senior Leaders. Good luck. Is kept internal. I just got selected, and with what I believe is they looked at experience, certifications like CSP, REH. Some MOS like 74Ds add as a qualifier to this criteria. At minimum, you need an undergraduate qualifying degree from an accredited college or university like one in environmental science, environmental management, environmental studies, math, sciences, public health, engineering... you name it. The degree should consist of at least 30 credits of physical sciences. In summary I presumed they look for experience, education, certification, qualifying MOS.
