It's basically a rundown from one of the pilot courses. The SMA and DA IG CSM briefed us that the priority will go to SFC(P) before anybody else since they will fall under the STEP rules. For an idea of priority listings, go look at the STEP MILPER for priority into ALC and just up the ranks for the 4 priority listings.
