Does anyone know where to purchase Panamanian Jump Wings?

Preferably the Jumpmaster version, but any will help. Already tried Commando's, Ranger Joes, Supply Room, Ira Green, Vanguard, and Sta-Brite. Has anyone seen them for sale anywhere at all?
