Does anyone know where to sign up or volunteer to do a TDY with the troops now working the border?

They will most likely use Army Guard troops first. Gov Brown only committed to a few troops (approx 400), so they may not get to using AirGuard folks.
However, I would contact your Wing or the SFS and find out what they know. The AirGuard would send SF folks (and augmentees) before anyone else.
