IRR informed me that I have a CURORG L and that my PHA expired on 2018/02/10. I have never been late with PHAs nor I passed height and weight. They tell me to get a DA 268 removing the flag from my new unit but I&#39;m in the IRR. It seems that they are not looking at records. Need assistance on who to contact in IRR.
