Does anyone remember the name of the III Corps CSM circa May 1998?

I received a III Corps CSM coin around May of 1998, but I cannot remember his name. I have done a web searches for that info, but all I can find is a list of CGs. I want to tell many young cousin joining the Army the story, but hate to leave out the name of the man that gave it to me. Thanks!
