Does completing a variety of ATRRS/JKO courses do anything in the slightest for E6-E7 level?

I'm full time guard and have time to spare. I've also looked through countless SM's files in GIMS and under the ATRRS tab it usually has an average of 15-20 entries for folks. A few over 50 entries. .
I've been slowly knocking out courses to see what I can get mine up to, however, I'm currently doing an HR/S-1 type 80 hour course because I'm literally interested in more S-1 work. Figured all them courses are there for a reason so I signed up for a bunch. So what's the verdict...Completely useless for me?

There is a course you can do that would look great for you. My BN CSM stated this course would be great to have already completed. I believe there are two phases. EJPME is the name of the course

Knowledge is power. If you have time, suck it all in. Even if records don’t reflect for the obvious value, adding to your personal tool kit allows you to perform at a higher level which elevates your annual rating.
Soft skills are often overlooked by NCOs, they are invaluable in an office environment, all S shops require soft skills to be effective.
