She had it all planned out. Problem was she did not expect all these hiccups along the way. Fe... clearing 3 libraries on post. Oh yeah and how about she had to take a online sponsorhship class before she ETS'd. The comment she was I'm not PCSin'g, I am ETSing. On the other hand a soldier we chaptered tood 5 days. What a difference. Amazingly he had less to clear.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 17 at 2014 9:26 AM2014-03-17T09:26:56-04:002014-03-17T09:26:56-04:00SFC Michael Hasbun77411<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I once had a turd who, by order of my leadership at the time, was untouchable. They were so desperate to get rid of him that they wouldn't risk any UCMJ actions delaying his departure. It worked though.Response by SFC Michael Hasbun made Mar 17 at 2014 9:37 AM2014-03-17T09:37:04-04:002014-03-17T09:37:04-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member282885<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>SSG Ward,<br /><br />You are 100% correct, it is way easier to get a good Soldier with a ETS. There needs to be checks and balances for any sort of admin discharge due and if there wasn't I can safely bet that a lot of CoCs would kick out everyone who had a major issue like a bad divorce, credit issues, acclimatization to the Army issues (junior Soldiers). While I think it is reprehensible that we are getting rid of good quality Soldiers and I think it is good that it is hard to kick a Soldier out.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 18 at 2014 8:21 AM2014-10-18T08:21:36-04:002014-10-18T08:21:36-04:002014-03-17T09:21:07-04:00
