I have heard conflicting answers as to whether or not my Squad leader time will count. I have recently scanned and uploaded all of my FitReps (Marine NCOERs) into iperms in order to reflect my time as a Squad Leader. If it does count, should I write a letter to the President of the board to draw their attention to my squad Leader time, or will they be able to see the FitReps in iperms?
