Unless it is a military matter involves something to do with the military I am almost 100% positive they cannot get involved in civil matter&#39;s especially divorce or child custody. Back in 2003 they could not and would not help me with mine I had to go out and get my own civilian lawyer to deal with it all. <br /><br /> Best bet set up an appointment with your local JAG office and speak to one to get the facts.
