Does my friend get BAH as an E5 being stationed at Fort Lee, VA at the Logistics University?

My friend is PCSing to Fort Lee at the logistics university, and they're wondering if they will get BAH , I can not find any information about it. It is TRADOC work for NCOES Thank you in advance !

If they're living in the barracks, no. If they will live in on-post housing...I don't believe so. Off-post housing....very likely.

I was under the impression BAH was for E6 and above single and E5 and below married and/or dependents. Otherwise, I was always told you be provided with a barracks (or in this case dorm) room.
