Being in the guard, dont you have a choice as to which location you choose to set up a household? Where you&#39;re located is irrelevant unless you&#39;re on active duty. Hopefully they don’t have him in the barracks because the Army did away with the Geographic Bachelor. You are not active AGR, so he should have been receiving BAH. You are changing your geographical location.<br />The standard for BAH is authorized based on rank (amount received), dependency status (spouse is a dependent), and duty station zip code. <br />If he is residing in the barracks (government housing?) that may likely be the problem with the BAH being started. Then it is his rank.<br />Then it goes to if you both are on ative duty stats and for how long.<br />And if you are seperated, and nether one of you are in goverment quarters.<br />at that point it is the diffrent commands.
