SSgt Ryan Jones1788378<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have 4 years of prior service already. Now I am entering the coast guard as an E3 because I could not go in as E4. Now for the debt to income ratio will they go on me getting paid as an E3 with 4 years of service? Or paid as a new E3?Does prior military service count for pay in the Coast Guard?2016-08-08T13:41:59-04:00SSgt Ryan Jones1788378<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have 4 years of prior service already.
